I guess cheat is not the best term, but tips, like a pattern of questions or a way to focus on the questions better.

Cheat? How dare you!

I have taken the GRE's a few times, and here is my advice:

If you have a background in mathematics, then don't sweat the math portion of the exam. It is less challenging than is the verbal portion. If you are not as good with math, then get cracking. Practice is the only way to get better.

The best thing to do with the verbal portion is to learn the extensive blocks of vocabulary words listed in any of the study manuals you can buy (Peterson's, Kaplan, etc.). An alternative technique is to read the NY Times every day and to look up any word that you do not definitely know the meaning of (suggested to me by a man who got a 1600). You will also need to learn the structure of the verbal questions. Although it can be very confusing, there is an underlying logic which, with adequate preparation, can be learned and successfully applied.

good cheats to beat the GRE's..... yea, here's one.... learn how to work.

There's no such thing as a good CHEAT.There are a number of test preps on the web. Anyone who cheats at anything is a loser and STOO-PID! Cheaters get caught sooner, or later and with academics that will affect your entire future. Young people think, oh gee, I'll cheat, or take a short cut. A good education is one of the best things you can have and cheating is not the way to get one. Ask someone who has taken the test to drill you on questions. You can find sample questions on-line too. Don't take the easy way out. You'll regret it and others will find out sooner, or later. You'll always feel like a fraud there after no matter how successful you are you'll feel like you didn't earn anything. You'd always be cheating yourself in the long run.
