A store at the mall by me, Clairs, has them. A lot of stores that market young girls carry them. Try stores like Justice, the limited, Pink, etc.

their are some really pretty tiaras at Soho a rolling store at many malls. I wore one on my birthday from their! lol. their Price ranges vary from 19.99 to 34.99 for tiaras made with genuine swarofsky crystals.

icing or claires. target. goodwill. they carry them everywhere. but id try an icing or claires, i see them there all the time
