My friend's birthday is coming up and she's going to be 17. She likes penguins, the color pink, and..wow that's about all I can think of. It doesn't have to necessarily be one of these interests but what gift do you think she would like or what suggestions would you have as to what I should get her?

Depends on if you like her, if you do, get her something meaningful like something that's an inside joke. Don't get her jewelry, that's more boyfriend girlfriend stuff. You can also go with giftcards or a nice jacket.

If she doesn't have a myspace make her one with all those things, or if you have a lot of pictures pick the perfect one and frame it, If shes a nice girl 17 year old she'll want it from the heart, trust me im only 18 I know :), or if she has a wild side get her concert tickets Or if you rreally wanna splurg concert tickets and a limo ride there :) if you dont have much cash make it a day trip to the beach and surprise with a 2nd party with some people who couldn't go to her bday or if shes a bad girl, get her a fake id or booze, if shes good, get her sentimental, necklace on ebay or something girlie from ebay GL hope she likes whatever you give her.

Is she a christian? Sometimes those are the best gifts from the heart. A book. I'm reading this book called"Captivating". It's a christian look to a woman's soul. Girls love pj's too. Maybe a pair of pink warm flannel pj's :) Nice lotions such as Eurcerin or Alveno are great for this time of season :)

17... hmm... i think that you should give her... a snow globe, with a penguin of course. and get her one of those gigantic cards that sing... and if you wanna, givver a gift cirtificate to like abercrombie or something

I think you should "adopt a penguin" on her behalf. (Just type that phrase in to your favourite search engine and you'll find a few choices.)
