f your up-to-date AVG has scanned the entire drive and found no viruses, your computer is most likely clean. The trojan and worms are unable to run wild in Windows or hijack your email program if stored in the vault. You can delete the quarantined viruses in the vault, there's no reasons to keep them. Suggest running Ad-Aware SE or Windows Defender for an extra measure, they detect Trojan and certain worms quickly.

They have been rendered harmless and inoperable. You are safe to use your computer and email. If AVG, at a later date acquires the ability to remove the virus, it will, just be sure to stay updated!

They are being quarantined by your AV software.
They are unable to do any damage in a quarantined state.
Your software offers you the option to delete them permanently if you wish.

It means they are quarantined. However trojan and worms can not be contained automatically. Note down their names, google search and copy instructions of removal, and follow them
