this girl in my class she is so annoying she sits right near me in class and is always looking at my paper and cheating and not lsitening to the teacher... it seems like i tell her EVERYTHING thats going on in class and its annoying the living crap out of me!!!! OMG someone please help me tell her to LEAVE ME ALONE! GOD!!! DO NOT TELL ME TO TELL THE TEACHER or everyone will hate me....any ideas? ill take ANYTHING!!! THATS HOW DESPERATE I AM

Ask the teacher to change seating around a bit and to seat you away from the individual. Tell her you can't say why.

write down two answers to every question and then go back and erase one of them(suggest you erase the wrong one *haha*) ..it will drive her crazy ,,she will look and be totally confused! After a few times of this she'll stop ...looking at your paper. As for leaving you alone ....get a can of Mace...or just stop talking to her .... she sounds like she needs some help though so maybe you could find her a friend and that might solve the whole thing.

I agree with the wrong answers replies. always be wrong by an amount you can quickly alter when you hand them in.
she wants something for nothing. her destiny is the trailer park, as she cant scam her way into a career. she will be as dumb then as she is now.

I too cannot stand those that want the best while doing the least.

Well, you sure seem desperate to do anything but the right thing. You shouldn't worry about whether "everyone will hate" you. Report her to the teacher. It will be best for everyone in the long run.

if you have assigned seats ask the teacher if you can be moved because you don't like the seat you're in cuz you can't see the board or something. any excuse.
if you don't have assigned seats, wait to go into the classroom at the very last minute, so that she will already be there and you can find a seat away from her.

Just say in a voice to where others can hear: "Can you please stop looking at my paper and do your own work??" That should embarrass her and get her to quit cheating. If you have to ask to change seats or make it really obvious by blocking your paper with your hand or use a cover sheet.
I CANNOT STAND CHEATERS, it's like do your own work folks! I'm sorry you have to deal with that but good luck! :)

write down all the wrong stuff and then change it later, she will not copy any more if it is wrong stuff, also leave only part of your paper uncovered so it will be obvious that she is copying. the teacher will catch on soon enough
