If the Raiders can even produce some points in every game with a defense like the one they have now, they are bound to win at least 9 games.

Well rule out Miami cuz they just announced their new head coach...Cam Cameron from the Chargers. He's never been a pro coach, only college *and he left after 5 years w/ a 18-37 record* Rebuilding year
Of the remainders I will say Washington improves the most.

it's obviously miami, i don't care what the chick above me says.. who had the 4th ranked defense in the league this season? oh yeah, miami.. and with cam cameron and a few smart draft picks, they'll be the most improved team in the afc on this list, and there's no question they'll be better than any one of the nfc teams listed here
