do they ''HAVE'' to tell their spouse they were really born male/female? or they dont have to know.

well, i would tell them because i think honesty is really important. however, would you really want to know if that cute girl you are having sex with once had a penis?
no, there is no law saying you have to tell anyone. lots of trans guys (female to male) pass, and they stay hidden, because its so much easier for trans boys to pass than trans girls (male to female)

Unfortunately, I don't that it's a legal question - but a moral one. I would want to know and I think I would have the right to know. It may affect my relationship or it may not - but I would need to have both eyes open. If the love is there, then it's there.

IF THEY DON'T KNOW THEY MUST HAVE WORN CRASH HELMETS TO WALK AS A CHILD.AND THERE MOTHERS MUST HAVE BEEN VERY SHY.AND IF THEY CANT TELL WHY RUIN THE FAIRY TALE.
