ok you could mean two things

1st 7 x ((64)^(1/2))/2 = 7 x 8/2 = 7 x 4 = 28 even

2nd 7 x (64/2)^(1/2) = 7 x (32)^(1/2) = 7 x 4(2)^(1/2) = 28(2)^(1/2) which is a decimal answer you must always be more concise
