It doesn't exist. For bankruptcy, GOOD and ONLINE do not go together. Get an attorney.

Bankruptcy is a very complex issue and it's not just a question of clicking online. There are legal procedures and hurdles and it ain't that easy!

Before you make a move, you should do your own research so that you understand what you are getting yourself into. There are alternatives too, so don't let an attorney talk you into bankruptcy if you don't need to be there. There's a website here with lots of information which may help.

Good luck!

I'm a bankruptcy attorney in California. The new laws make it very difficult for you to file bankruptcy without the assistance of an attorney. You should at least consult with a local attorney first...most will give a free consultation.
