I need help in finding universities here in California or in Europe(where english is spoken)and it would be great if it has magers in peteatrician/doctor/medicine something like that and art. thank you. I need this by tomorow. thanks =^.^=

Pretty much all major universities have pre-med and art programs. Stanford, Berkeley, UCLA, and UCSD have some of the largest (and best) pre-med programs in the nation. Also, Berkeley and Stanford are well known for their BFAs, as is Cal Irvine.
In Great Britain, Oxford and Cambridge are almost always the best two (no matter what major you want), but don't count out Imperial College in London, University of Manchester, or Edinburgh. Also, Trinity College in Dublin has a lot of history.

In San Diego:
UCSD has all those majors
SDSU has art majors, don't think they have medical doctor degrees.
USD has art majors.
Also:
UCLA, UCI, Stanford
