It was awhile ago, I won't say how long, but I remember my parents taking me and the rest of the family to my favourite chinese restaurant.
Other ideas if your parents or friends of your guests aren't opposed is getting a psychic to come in and tell you your fortunes. Party prices differ.
You can have a themed party, your favourite harry potter charachter or the best are - the come as you are party. You give people some notice you'll be calling them on a certain date so they'll be home and available then they have to come to the party in whatever they're wearing at the time you call.
You don't have to serve alot of expensive foods, maybe a party tray of pizza, veggies and dip, some munchies and healthy drinks.
Pick some of your favourite movies and run them or play a game like scene it or trivial pursuit or something like that.

Put on a supervised dance in the best setting you can find and have everyone where jeans with whatever else they wish to wear. (nothing explicit) And have a friendly dance that goes on to late in the evening, with refreshments that everyone at the dance can contribute to the cost.
Invite only enough that your space can handle. Warn everyone to not abuse the invitation. No hanging around outside. Have good dancing music. Happy 13th.!

I'm having a Bat Mitzvah! Like i will turn 12! But you can like go to a restaurant or have a small kinda slumber party at your house! thats ALWAYS fun!!!!

i had a party with all my best friends at the best pizza place in town then went to a movie. that was cheap and fun. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
