Have you Googled your name, and then what?

If you have a very unique name and you Google it, and you found a very large business in your name, is there any thing you can do about it or collect any benefits from it, if so what would you suggest?

first, i would copyright your name. you could ask the company if you can become a company share holder, if they won't let you, sue them for idk copyright infringement.
