Well they almost all probably will, though some not until the 6th or 7th round, or on the second day. I'm assuming you mean in the first round - in which case I'm guessing the Raiders will take Russell, and the Browns will take Quinn. Troy Smith will probably not go till the 2nd round, same with Leak.
It depends entirely on what the teams think their main concern is in the war rooms - teams that might need to look at QB in the first round are Minnesota, Jacksonville, Kansas City if Trent Green's health isnt good, Tampa if Chris Simms likewise isnt up to 100%, the Redskins if there's still a good QB on the board to compete with Campbell, and the Bears if Grossman drops a bomb. Everyone else has more pressing needs than QB or a solid QB to go with.

Not sure who will pick up quarterbacks in the upcoming draft becuase u never knw what some teams will do, but the teams that should take a quarterback are: the top four picks - Oakland (looks like Quinn or Russell), Detroit (probably the one the raiders dont take), the Browns and maybe the Bucs (chris leak isnt the answer) if one of them slips.Further down, the skins could but theyve got campbell whove theyve invested alot in, the vikings, texans, fins, bills, jags, chiefs, eagles and ravens could also think about drafting a qb, probably in a later round. or late in the first round, but probably only troy smith in the late first round.

The Raiders need a quarterback first and foremost. They will take Troy Smith or Brady Quinn. Detroit still needs to find a franchise quarterback and have for a long, long time but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't pick one. Washington and Cleveland need quarterbacks as well.
