Religion is the road or avenue a person takes to seek God or his Creator.
Jesus is the Son of God who came to reconcile us back to God. When you have religion, you are out searching for God. When you have Jesus, you have a personal relationship with God (through Jesus Christ) Jesus Christ has found you and you have found Him, and you know Him, and you worship Him for what He has done. Jesus can change your life, religion cannot. You can go to church and come out sometimes worst than you were. BUT, when you come to Jesus, all things are made new and you will know it.

That depends on the religion...
I don't see anything magical about Jesus Christ... he's just someone who was able to trick a lot of people into believing he was something he wasn't. God, however... is a different story.
God is probably something so far beyond anything mankind can dream of, that there's no point in labeling what He/She/They/It, is. I believe there's at least one God, but I'm not going to label whoever they are by puting a religion to it. Labeling your beliefs is what starts wars, and I won't have any part of that. Saying, God... is enough.

Religion is a certain opinion one has and Jesus is told to be a person who long ago died on the cross for our sins. There is actual evidence tracing back then to a man who called himself Jesus, God's chosen son to die on the cross for peoples sins and that he was prosecuted and hung on the cross but its ones opinion if it were true that he is perfect, God's chosen son and he actually died for our sins.

Religion can be blind and dead. It is a practice of rituals and ceremonials, which can easily stifle the move of the spirit. Religionism, which is not something condoned by Jesus, permits one to feel smug and content while merely following a few social rules of the church. It does not normally invite the Spirit of God but rather religion seeks its own.
Where Jesus is the life and the resurrection, he is the power source. He wants to be in a loving relationship with you. He desires to enrich your life through acts of love and anticipates your dedicated love in return.
Jesus is not hard to please. He understands that we blow it from time-to-time. He simply wants us to recognize it when we hurt Him through disobedience and sin and to come to Him for forgiveness. As you grow in relationship with Jesus, you will discover more of the things that please Him. As with anyone you love, you will not do these things as a duty, but as a joyful act of affection.
