How do i add loading bars to an animation?

Question

When i create animations i notice that it takes forever to load and my problem is that i want my viewers to know that its still loading so how do i add a loading bar and a play button?

have you tried Lissa explains? This site has really helped me alot in building my website. Even though it says for kids...Every age uses this site and it is so easy to understand.
