Does anyone know how to change U shaped fluorescent bulbs in 2 foot square ceiling lights?

Without breaking them?

fluorescent bulbs plug in (or slip in). the old ones may be stuck. They are very sturdy, so don't be afraid to pull on them. be sure to where safety glasses, because they are overhead and glass.

TC is correct, but be sure and pull down on the U end first and then pull or slid the old tube out.
