Great undergraduate business schools in the U.S. include the University of Pennsylvania, UC berkeley, University of Michigan ann arbor, NYU, UNC Chapel hill, cornell, University of Virginia, Emory, USC, University of Texas Austin, etc.
Most of these schools are quite difficult to get into for business, but if you have the grades, SAT scores, and a good essay, these are the placed you want to go. Look at what majors each school has, which business major as well as make sure that they have psychology or forensics or whatever you are interested in.

The answer right above has a link to the Business Week ranking of undergraduate business schools. Definitely check that out.
Also, the Fiske Guide to Colleges (a book you can buy or see at a local library or your school library) has a list of universities and colleges that have good business programs, as well.
I don't know anything about forensics programs, sorry.

I don't know anything about the good forensics science courses but one of my sources lists all the forensics programs around the nation. Also, the best B-schools are (in no particular order) Michigan, Dartmouth, Stanford, Penn, MIT, and Chicago. However, apparently undergraduate business schools rank a bit differently, with Virginia, Notre Dame, Emory, and NYU also ranking near the top.

Not sure what area of the country you live in, or want to go to for school... around here (Erie, PA) we have two good options.
Penn State Behrend has a great, well-respected Business school. Mercyhurst College has a forensic science program with different concentrations.
