My daughter is 12, her bedtime is 9.00pm on schoolnights!

When I was in middle school it was 9:30 but once I reached grade 10, my parents gave up on the nighttime battle. I was always a night person so it could range from 10:30 - 2 am. The only rule was that I get up on time and I don't have reports from teachers saying I look tired.

I dont have a bedtime because I finish my homework really late. This is just horrible because all I wanna do is sleep.

My daughter is supposed to go to bed at 8.30 pm.It all depends how hard her homework is.I let her have a break when she comes home attend to the animals eat tea and then do her homework.She is 12.Some nights depend on outside activities such as Guides and Tennis.

I have homework, so I usually go to bed past midnight. However, to feel good in the morning, going to bed at 10 or 9 really helps.
