You have dreams every night. The question is why haven't you remembered any of your dreams in four months?

All that i visit assert for positive is that you've an really ingenious recommendations. except for some typos your desires make for a compelling study. i'd in no way opt for to downplay your desires, yet you should seem into dream diagnosis by Freud, or extra cutting-part psychologists. Your ability to regulate your desires is really particular, it truly is termed "Lucid Dreaming." I actually have a distinct dreaming habit, Ive executed some study on desires. My difficulty is that i'd really sleep all day only to proceed dreaming. My desires are so exciting, and they are exciting because I nonetheless have maximum of my innate thoughts even as I dream of the most imprecise issues.

A dream is recalled most easily if we awaken during it or immediately after it ends. If more than a few minutes lapse at the end of a dream, we risk forgetting of the dream.
Also your dreams might occur in non-REM sleep. The people who dream in REM sleep remember more.

Dreams are typically ways of working through problems that the subconscious has. I rarely dream. It may be that your daily issues are starting to work themselves out before sleep. But whenever you are in doubt about your health, physical or mental, consult a doctor.

It is known now that a man dreams for one hour during his sleep every night. And if it is dreamt during the 'deep sleep stage' he never remembers it, though he might have experienced the dream during the sleep. And not remembering ur dream is surely not abnormal then, is it? :-)

Have your mom get you some drugs that will induce a dream like state...while ur awake.

Not so you can dream, but so you are so out of it that you won't care about such frivolous things.

if you wanna sorta force youself to have a good dream, relax one night, release all your stress, watch a movie you love and fall asleep. when u wake up, write whatever's on your mind immediatly and hopefully that will trigger a dream's memory
