i buy something by phone and the company send me a diferent staff

I am Mexican and buy a plots, a forklift, when i make the deal all was well get all the informacion and pay the quantity and when I receive the forklift surprises me to see that was another was not the one that I need.

They sent you a different staff? Like a pole or a faculty.

you should call the credit card you used..and tell them you dispute the bill. they will be your advocate.
if you paid cash you will have to call the company service rep of the offending company.
if all else fails..call Better Business Bureau
also call the "Hall of Shame" on Channel two..or any other consummer advocates in your area.

Jorge, that can be as simple as "Innocent Misrepresentation".
For a fraud charge to be valid, you have to be able to prove intent..... Not an easy task.
