My Ipod...?

Question

When I Upload Some songs they dont go under the artist their supposed to, they dont go under one at all. and I have to go thtough 700 songs to find them :[
anyone can help?

Sometimes if you upload them to your computer from a burned CD it doesn't recognize the song. Now if you write in the name and Artist then I don't know what to tell you except call the place where you bought the Ipod. Here is the number that I was given to call if I had problems: It is the BestBuy support Line: 1-800-699-9218. Try this if it doesn't help I am really sorry. But they helped me with my problem.
