Ok so I am the girl who just typed that my friend and I saw the white figure and then the footsteps and the the skullaton. Well this time we swear that we both saw fingers running down the window, we need some advice now or elese... Well I don't know what else we just really need help! It is happening right now at 11:20 pm so please help.

Do not trip. I've seen lots of ghosts. If u feed into the fear, you will give this negative energy more power. Surround yourself with light and positive vibrations, and do not let this get the best of u. No one ever believes me that i see them, yet I just learned to deal with it. Good luck to u friend. Say a prayer if u believe in that at all. Or simply meditate on some positive aspects in your life. Release this negativity and just remain calm. peace and light for u+++++++

You need to asppeal to the higher powers for protection. You have the ability to erect protective shielding for yourself. All you have to do is concentrate and these things will be de-powered for you. Spirit entities prey on your fear and lack of understanding. You need to face it head on and take away it's power, otherwise , it will continue to rattle you.

There are spirits but they need a host body or imagination. If ya'll watch alot of scary movies you'll see that kind of stuff.
