Gosh....personally I suffer more when travelling from America to Europe in an early flight....let`s say 9 of the scale, but when traveling the other way around ....only a 4...get some centrum pills before and drink a lot of water ...

for me its 10. It screws you up for a couple of days afterwards and it just sucks.

5 because one, its kinda cool cause you get to be nocturnal if you have enough of the jetlag. but then on the other side it could be very tiring, annoying.. tiring.. tiring..
