I reminder when my neighbor were putting in a patio and they us anything that was consider poison, but the Assent worked

Nothing 'dissolves' concrete, however, acids (any) will react with it to form new substances (usually some kind of salt and water) to get rid of it.

Concentrated HCl should work.

Almost any acid based liquid would work (e.g. vinigar or even lemon juice)
