Take another test. You may have taken the first test too early, to get a correct result. First morning pee is best. Good luck.

I would try again. I have always heard that the best time to take a test is in the mornings when you first get up from bed.

There are many reasons why you're 3 weeks late. Have you started a new medication? Are you under a lot of stress? If "no" to both of these, sometimes a woman's body will skip a month.
If you really want to know if you're pregnant I would go see your Dr. Cause if you aren't pregnant they can figure out why you're late and why you're feeling ill.
Best of luck to you!
