Game that i can host,with power?

Ok ive played counterstrike,and as we all know the admins have SO much power,like they can slap people,open their CD' trays,kick them,ban them,teleport them ETC.For some reason,(my router) i cant host a CS game,so what game can I host that gives me lots of,admin commands.(dont say CS2D,counter strike,or halflife)

EDIT-= Ok just to re announce this is a game that I HOST,like i download it and run the server (but can play to)

Ahh sorry last edit,one that i can play at the same time, (cuz wofenstein te peple cant pick your server unless your not playing)
