no go ahead... todays fashion is to dress teens and prepubescent kids like tramps. Shop where you feel comfortable, and ignore anyone who tries to start anything up...

I am 25 and still shop in the kids' section! The styles are often similar/the same as in the juniors section (sometimes just a little more modest - nothing wrong with that), plus they are cheaper! When you save money on clothes, you can buy a lot more :). Don't let being a petite person ever bother you; it is just who you are (plus a lot of guys tend to think it's cute).

Sweetie, I'm 26 years old and I still shop in the kids section. I'm only 90 pounds and 5"0 tall. I'm very petite too. Don't feel bad at all. You should be glad you can shop there because most girls your age can't do that anymore. The clothes are cute, and their much cheaper. I enjoy shopping in the kids section! Don't feel bad about it because there's nothing wrong with it. Their are a lot of us petite women that have to shop in the kids section too, and I one of them. Feel happy!!! Petite is very cute. I love being petite!

It is okay. Many people have trouble with clothes fitting. Some too big, others are too small. It's not easy to get kids clothes that aren't rough on the self-esteem. Do the best you can. Swallow your pride and do what you have to. My wife has to wear children's shoes. They don't look good on her, but they keep her feet off the ground and dry. I have a rough time finding work shoes. I wind up having to get them too big. Kids shoes just are not made for the environment in which I work. In the end, you do what you have to. Good luck!

Actually, this is perfectly normal. I know a couple people who waited until they were older to move on because they were too petite as well. I think a lot of time kids clothes are better anyway because kids always try to look older. Their clothes are just as cute, if not cuter, than junior clothes!

Hey as long as the clothes fit you properly you're fine. I still know full grown adults that can squezze into children's clothes for the same reason's you've mentioned above, they're just smaller.

i am 17 and i shop at abercrombie kids because i can fit in the XL but that is different because it is still name brand and looks like what they sell at abercrombie and fitch (i shop there too) and it isnt kiddish. if you are shopping at like the kids departments in department stores i would stop that, you dont want to look like a little kid.
