First, it is probably your parents who set it up for you, which I don't blame them if you are a child. But anyway, the reason it is popping up every website is because the content filter by default blocks unrated content. So, ask your parents to go into the content filter and look for the setting to allow unrated content. Most unrated content should be safe. The content filter does a pretty good job blocking everything else such as pornography or use of drugs or etc. Good luck.
