looking for drops that stop or slow the eyes from tearing up at times when it can be inconvienient. all that $$ on my makeup will be wasted if i cry it all away :)

Weddings can be genuine tearjerkers. You'll just have to tough it out. Look at it this way: in five years or less, they'll be divorcing and it won't matter. I say just go and look at it that way...

You may be better off making sure your makeup is waterproof, or paying a little extra to make sure your makeup artist can stick around and do a touch up.
I don't know of any drops like you are talking about. Good luck with this.

its okay to cry a little bit but before it drips all the way down patt it with a neatly folded tissue or napkin. or taking deep breathes help hold it in. nothing can stop it only you can do your best to control it

Just use a waterproof mascara. Or eyeliner. Pretty much it. =]
