Could anyone give me advice on which audiobooks or CDs are the best tool for learning Turkish?

I am wanting to learn to speak turkish, or learn at least learn enough to get by on. I have tried looking but there are so many options....any suggestions?

I have a friend who is a linguist for the US military. Every time she learns a new language, they provide her with Rosetta Stone stuff to supplement her classes. She swears by their materials!
