a "shemale" as you rudely refer to them have different mind sets for one. For another a "shemale" may be a male that is transitioning to female or a naturally born hermaphrodite (born with both male and female genetaila)..
a "man with boobs" has a medical disorder called Gynomastia....
EDIT:
Actually, a shemale can either be a transexual (which YES it IS a MEDICAL condition called body dysphoria *or gender dysphoria* look it up on webmd!) OR it can be a hermaphradite, and just like the transexual, they are BORN this way. ONLY they are BORN with BOTH sex genetaila!
AND in being BORN this way, it is NOT a CHOICE!

well first off a shemale or transsexual looks tries to make themselves look or femine and a dude with boobs as is just that a guy with boobs
