I have a male friend who always makes it a point to go into great detail when discribing old girlfriends telling me how big their breast were ,or their butts I am not a man so i don't see the point in him telling me how "sexy" other women are.

It's not so much of a male thing. It's actually more of an ego thing.
A lot of guys do this, and it's not necessarily because he's doing it specifically to be a jerk, but more along the lines of the fact that he's bragging.
Men like this oftentimes talk in those terms like mountain climbers would talk about climbing Mt. Everest. It's all about the conquest to them, and once they've accomplished it, they want to shout it to the heavens and the earth.
But see, for every man like this, there's a man who prefers to keep his private business private. So treasure them if you can find them.
If you don't want to hear it from your male friend, just tell him to chill out with it, and tell him why. If he really respects your friendship, he'll abide by it.

Definitly a bad sign.
Try responding with, "lets leave them at home tonight" "three is a crowd" or "why, did you say that?" or "what's your point?" the effectiveness is in how long you can be silent and wait for a real response.
Maybe, he's just not confident enough to know how to have a conversation.
Maybe, he's just not ready to leave the "guy" conversation and learn to talk to you.
I don't know if it's worth the effort.

really that depends on if its love with you, if hes with you and other ladys are sexy he never tells you them same thing then yess you should be carfull cose if he tels them other ladys there sexy that can lead to other problems like flirting with them so think of you, your own eyes open when your with him and just be carefull wile hes treating you and talking this way as im sure you dont wanna risk getting hurt.
