I will vote for CA.
Both are good but CA is quite bigger than MBA.
Definitely superior if compared to MBA Distance education.
If you do MBA in IIMs then it might be equal but otherewise not.
No doubt MBA can be completed within 2yrs but what next .
One have to compete with others i.e new MBA graduates for placement. They have to search for jobs or have to start own business.
Whereas in CA, a student once cleared all the groups will be called as qualified chartered accountant.
He/she can set up their own practise if not get a placement through campus selection.
The signature of a CA is recognised by the President of India, what else you could ask for.

Definitely CA
You can do MBA at any stage with or without experience.
For CA you need good concentration. Of course it will take 4yrs to complete but its challenging course, no need to worry for placement. If you qualify then you will get a job if not then you can practise your own.
MBA degree is given by various institutions but CA degree will be given by CA institute itself. Which is governed by CA Act of 1949
