How do I determine what the rate is on my stamps?

I have about 14 stamps with a flag background with the Statue of Liberty in the front. It says First class USA and below the picture it says 2006. I pay my bills on-line and have forgotten how much each stamp is worth. I know the post office is famous for raising the rates. Anyone have a clue?

Those are .39 cent stamps- the current rate.
