Is there a right time to do the "wrong" thing? Or is wrong just in our heads?

Could be lack of knowledge of the benefits of doing the right thing.
Sometimes we don't realize the consequences of our wrong actions and behaviors and the impact it has on all of those around us until much later, and by then the damage is already done. That is why God has set forth in his Word, the Bible many many things that can cause us harm. Even if we don't see it, God definitely knows and has given us the guidance we need to keep from such harm, if only we would listen and follow his ways!

Here is a couple of Scriptures that I really love, and that help me to remember that God knows what we need to do...

Isaiah 48: 17 & 18: "This is what Jehovah has said, your Repurchaser, the Holy One of Israel: “I, Jehovah, am your God, the One teaching you to benefit [yourself], the One causing you to tread in the way in which you should walk. 18 O if only you would actually pay attention to my commandments! Then your peace would become just like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea."

Acts 3:19: "Repent, therefore, and turn around so as to get YOUR sins blotted out, that seasons of refreshing may come from the person of Jehovah"

Okay, one last one...
Isaiah 55: 6-8: "Search for Jehovah, YOU people, while he may be found. Call to him while he proves to be near. 7 Let the wicked man leave his way, and the harmful man his thoughts; and let him return to Jehovah, who will have mercy upon him, and to our God, for he will forgive in a large way."

So really, there is no good time to do what is wrong, especially if you already know it is wrong.
