If they are settled outside india, they may invest in infrastructure such as road, electricity, water etc. to help to make India a developed country by 2020. Go through the book by prof. APJ Abdul Kalam- India vision 2020.

By coming to INDIA & find a job over here , in greed of more salary they go there but they don't know that thier very good mind is bebeficial to the corresponding nation ,& India has lack of good & loyal workers.

Do o think dey can? Wid videos insulting the father of nation, dey don't deserve 2 even liv in india. Dey should always b "NON RESIDENT OF INDIA" only.
