how do i control my appetite? i know there is a difference between hunger and appeitie. when im not hungry i still crave food escespially the junk food that i shouldnt eat..what should i do any tips?

Don't keep any of the junk food around the house. If it's around, it's easy to grab it and eat it. Keep healthy food around. Drink lots of water and eat healthy food. Fiber-rich food will help you feel fuller. Exercise and keep busy.

Drink extra water. Water makes you feel full so that you dont eat as much. Thats a trick that models use also. But also drinking to much can make you sick so limit your intake. Also instead of eating as much junk food, keep fruits and vegtables on hand. Rice cakes are a good snack that are sweet but better then junk food. When you get a craving for something sweet, eat a apple or banana, or a orange. Slowly stop buying junk foods. Dont go cold turkey, that never works and will make you want to eat more junk more often. Your cravings for junk food wont stop over night. It takes time, go slow and eventually you will not have the need or the cravings for junk food.

get the junk food outa your house replace with fruit veggies & other healthy things,avoid night eating. Make sure to eat breakfast everyday & not sugary cereal something nutricious & balanced.Try to drink alot of water but not too much, you could be dehydrated sometimes the brain reads that as hunger.Take a vitamin supplement.
I don't know ask your doctor see if he can recommend maybe a diet pill for you like trim spa or something else,mine did in the past & it woked.

Drink 16 oz of water and then see if you still feel hungry. If you can try to walk for 10 minuets even if it is place in a room.

You should have self control first. The best thing is to do meditation , so that you can achiev self control.If you eat more junk food your weigt will increase.

drink more plain water

don't eat anything in a hurry

drink herbal tea

do some (yeah, just a little, only for some sweat) exercise

Chew sugar free gum, it seems to help me out with the cravings.

I was told the more carbs we eat the more we want them.
Try and I know it will be hard just eat fruits vegs and lean meats.

I guess u should take a lot of water so you'll always feel full.
