I am the president of my theatre org. Before I am like you but I get over it with time... You have to be brave and believe in yourself... Have confidence in you... Think that those people watching you commit mistakes like you.. You have to open to mistakes because you will learn from that. Some times, for me not to get nervous in front of other people, I used to think that they have a **** on their faces for me not to get nervous... Well, you won't think that way though... I believe that you can do it... Good luck!

You just have to practice. I used to get stage fright a lot when I started acting but the more I did it, the better I got at controlling my nerves. From the moment I step onstage, I leave all my emotions at the door and become the character. But let me tell ya, the 10 minutes before I go on and the 10 minutes after I exit, I'm a nervous wreck. It's just something that happens.
Good luck with that!

There is no reason to be nervous. Once you get past the first ten minutes or so, you get into the groove pretty quickly and it's really not a big deal. Just concentrate on what's going on around you on the stage.

BREATHING and focusing on the task at hand. If you are acting, focus on your partner and objective. If you are singing, just try to tell the story of the song (like you would to a friend). If you are prepared, no reason to panic.

Don't think that there are people there. Just focus on one thing, you are alone and you are trying to be the best you. Treat the others as invisible.
Hope it helps.

Just endure it, it is a good sign that your performance will be great cause you care enough.
Break a leg ! And, God bless.

PROPRANOLOL-beta blocker drug that blocks the natural fight or flight reaction you feel when on stage.
