my friend didnt know she was pregnant started taking the pill and then miscarried..could the miscarriage be cause from the pill?

the pill doesn't cause miscarriage (and it is not used as an abortion pill contrary to the above post)

taking very high doses (the whole pack) can stop an egg from implanting within 48 hours of sex but it will not cause spontaneous abortion if you are already pregnant

no there is no evedence to show that the pill causes any dajmage to the unborn baby

Probably not. Not to be rude, but is she sure she was pregnant or just having a "glitch" in her cycle? Mine is just crazy sometimes depending on my stress level. Hope she feels better.

it could be cause by the pills but you can use pills for intentional misscarriage, coz it may not work at all times.there are cases that you won't have misscarriage but the baby will be defigured when it comes out..
