because he isnt done totally destroying the company. He still has some younger guys to screw over and has atleast 4 more pointless gimmicks to bring out. VKM sure was a big hit

Because, as head booker/writer he's increased their ratings to the highest ever for them and he does have some good ideas/storylines.
Vince is a completely different person than he was in his WWE days (he's a Christian now). He's managed to come up with creative ideas without the vulgarity for TNA. I don't like every storyline in TNA and think Russo has recycled some WWE storylines, but they do use many of their wrestlers and don't just push big guys.

because ever since he has been hired and impact went primetime thier ratings have increased a lot
