In Spanish class, I got in trouble for interrupting the teacher. And she requested I have my special circumstance aide back, even though I TRULY don't need it and made an HONEST mistake... I told the principal about it and that she was treating me unfairly (she DID treat me with a little bias, and when others got away with talking in class, I got sent outside). Ever since my aide was removed (I was still in psecial ed social skills), she wanted to have it back, and took every opprotunity to warn me about it. The principal said she was going to talk to the teacher, and get her point of view (which is TERRIBLE). She contacted my special ed teacher and told her I need an aide.

After talking to the principal, she said there was going to be a meeting. I DO talk in class in other classes, and sometimes even interrupt the teacher. If I am WRONG about telling my principal, can they think I lied and can I receive retaliation from them???

How can I prevent my aide from coming back???

If it helps, I’m a freshman in high school with GPA 4.5; semester grades:

Biology Honors: A- CIT O W/H O(maybe S) (OK comments)
Research and Tech: A- CIT S W/H S
Spanish: A+ CIT N W/H S or O (VERY bad comments)
Algebra 2 Honors: A CIT most likely S W/H probably S maybe O (Excess Talking)
PE: A+ CIT S W/H S
English 1 Honors: A CIT S W/H S (Disturbs Others/Excess Talking)

OK: How good are my grades and what can I do about the meeting to prevent the aide from returning and will colleges like this report card?

My son was having issues in public school. It was awful for both of us. I took him out and started homeschooling him. He is enrolled in the California Virtual Academy, a charter school of the state and uses the K12 program. This is college prep curriculum and it is wonderful. These people really care about the kids and their success. He is getting good grades now, has solved his "issues" and is loving learning. Weird, he was an outcast in school, now he is the envy of all his friends still there. We have outings, meetings, participate in local sports...And since its state run, we paid for NOTHING!!! they even sent us a full computer (I an on it now!!) and books, etc. This may be something for you and your parents to look into. EVEN if you are not in Calif., look up www.K12.com and see what its all about. You may find yourself undistracted and able to grow better...

the teacher was not being fair to you.It was right to tell the principal. accept the aide, won't hurt and be quiet in class, the aide may see that you don't need her/him. When you go to the meeting, keep quiet, answer only the questions directed to you. Colleges usually disregard these things if you have good grades and not involved with the law.

no you shouldnt difference colleges on account that thats letting each person get the fine of you, and it is certainly not going to difference till you take a look at more difficult, going to one more university isnt going to remedy something.supply it a while, and the truth that you are no longer doing any further-curricular hobbies is customarily one more motive why you are no longer making any peers. thats significantly probably the most fine methods to make peers. simply be your self and if someone has a quandary with it or they insult you all you need to say is "cool", on account that that suggests that they're being immature and don't have any end result on you, to be able to lead them to appear dumb. So dont stop, you cant permit this comply with you ceaselessly, you need to battle again. If you continue to are feeling very uncomfertable by means of the tip of this month, you then will have to pass for your university steering consular. fine of good fortune to you! =] im certain you can be best.
