Two. I've found one to be decorative, but I have too many friends who have spent thousands of dollars having tattoos removed years later. Avoid permanent tattoos if possible, it keeps your options open for everyting including better employment opportunities.

Assuming your old enough to get a tattoo, a butterfly is cute. Anything small, that can be hidden in case your job occupation frowns on them. I have about 15 of them, but my husband has done them all. I have fairies, my kids names, disney characters, roses, a banner, a sun, and still want more. Be sure that you really, really want one and are sure of what you want. Any reputable tattoo artist will not give you when if your not sure of what or where you want it.

Think long and hard about what YOU want.
A tattoo is FOREVER.
Spend time in the parlor, watch the artist work and check out his work as it walks into or out of the shop.
It is soooo easy to screw up and sooooo very hard to fix.
I have a couple of places in mine that most people don't notice but they're about ALL I see.

My family have called me bear since I was a baby, so I'm getting a little Teddy Bear holding a flower for each of my children and a bud for the baby I miscarried. I'll have each childs name over their flower. I'm getting it on my right hip.

An invisable one. Any tatoo on a girl is in bad taste. It makes her look like a dyke. If u feel u have to have one, shave your pubic mound, and have it put there. Then you can let hair grow over it when u come back to your senses.

A Fairy on a shoulder blade. A cherry will probably not endure with meaning.

It should mean something to you I think. Something you are passionate about. I waited thirty-six years before I got mine. It's music notes from a verse in one of my favorite songs...on lower back.
