Could I have caused this brake up?
ok, there is this guy that I go to school with, (we'll call him "Z") and he was going with this one girl "C". Well C cheated on Z a few months ago and they broke up, but then got back together. they've been together for like 4 months now and they broke up today, and I feel like it was my fault.....
Z's a flurt, and I love him to death as a friend, and we were going to go out, but I didn't want to loose the frindship. well the other day we skiped school together (me, him, his bro, the bro's GF, and B and M) and we were hanging out. Well C's friend said that she saw me and Z making out or something like that. So C broke up with Z (with a letter BTW!! Chicken-****!) and that was it. well, I'm kinda happy they broke up 'cause she was a beach and always talking crap about anybody that EVER talked to Z. well, I broke up with the guy I was going out with today too (Z didn't know about that at the time) and now me and Z are like talking on the phone right now and he said that he wants to

take me to Prom. What should I do now? What more important, friendship or relationship?? Friendship right. but did I cause the split between Z and C or was it because she was just paranoid?

Is C gonna still blame me for all of this? I mean, she was the one that was paranoid, clingy, and over-possessive. I mean, I've been there for Z a lot longer then she has...

WOAH DOWN!!!!!!! Oh, what C's Friend said that she saw was a TOTAL lie and NEVER happened!!!!!!! Ok? Me and C have never been friends (she was always jealous b/c I knew Z better then she ever did, but we've been there for each other for a really long time). And we aren't really flurting, just playing around...like always. I don't know what C's Prob is.......

If what the friend said she saw you and the guy doing was true then you do contribute to the break-up most likely.

Everything aside, think of this: If you flirt or whatever with other people when you're going out with somebody that makes you someone people who are nice and more thoughtful not want to go out with you. If you pull crap on your friend that will make you not a good friend either.

If this is how you treat people it is how people may treat you as well. You may be talking about the prom tonight, but if this Z is a fickle as he seems to be he could be talking to someone entirely new (X) two weeks from now about the prom.

When it comes to what is more important, you need to see your own way of operating as the thing that is important. It is your integrity or lack of it that's important, and if you have integrity you will be a decent girlfriend to a guy and a good friend to your girlfriends.

Remember, too, if Z is a flirt he may not be someone you want to be more than friends with anyway.

You should have gone to school the other day, and you and Z would still be pals, you and C would still be pals, and all would have been right with the world - now you have a mess, and - yes - you contributed as far as I'm concerned. You ought to find a new boyfriend altogether and start clean. Let Z do his thing.

Hey go to prom with him friendship first then lovers for life. That is how it works best. As for the breakup, it does not matter cause C is not good enough fro any guy the way u describe her!
