Real would be awesome, but injuries would be way more real too, have you ever watched UFC?? Real matches don't last long, a couple decks to the head, and the other guys hands get tired, while the other is ready to pass out, real is cool, but then you can expect a lot less high flying moves and shots that make your jaw drop, because if a lot of those made real contact, WWE will have a local coroner at every show as well as an ambulance that they already do have, one real tombstone, and that wrestler is gone with a broken neck, possibly paralized, Canadian Desroyer, definitely death, even a clothesline hit right and half your throat would be shoved to the back of your neck, especially one of JBL's clotheline from hell.

As for the person saying that they are all friends backstage and there would be no sense to fight is dumb. It would be called competition, a fight to see who is better, IFC is real, and a lot of those that fight each other are very good friends, that's why some shake at the beginning of a match (out of friendship and/or respect) and the same when the matches end, a lot of hand shakes, hugs etc.

I will not try to convince you that all wrestling is real. I work 3 jobs and one of them happens to be w/ a wrestling promotion. The guys are all professionals. The first rule to remember is that your "opponent" has trusted you w/ his body. Protect your fellow worker's body at all times, that's how he makes his living. Not to say that punches and kicks don't ever connect sometimes they do, and they hurt. I have seen tempers get the better of guys and the situation get serious quick. As a commentator, I have taken a few bumps myself, and I respect the guys who do it trying to entertain the crowd. If they are done right they sting, if done wrong some of them could kill you.

Yeah, these people are just for entertainment not for real fighting. If you want to see some real fights, watch UFC or Pride Fighting.

it's the preformer(s) screwing up whoever is jobbing should be taking the punches and kicks or making them look like they hurt so it's the winner who's to blame if it looks like he missed unles the jobber was out of position
