i try to be friends with brits but it seems like it doesnt work at all....start to think brits r unfriendly...help!!!!or are they really unfriendly?

You get what you give off. I have friends all over the country. One of my closest friends is a Londoner and they are supposedly unfriendly and i found the opposite. Same as Parisians, I found the majority to be friendly and helpful but get the stereotype of being unfriendly.
My guess is your not particularly friendly towards the British people you have met.

Despite my silly name on here, I'm actually really friendly, I'll talk to anyone, on the net or in person! So no, I don't think we're an unfriendly bunch.
There are a load of a**holes just like anywhere else but that's not exclusive to Britain, and honestly, we're not ALL like that!

Feed them pickle and cheese sandwiches with great mugs of strong cider and nod Your head up and down a lot when they become belligerent regarding cricket scores or soccer teams from the past. That should do it, oh and never invite them to Your home, they like that for some strange reason unknown even to themselves. I'm Canadian and we've studied the British at length, we've even had specimens in captivity so I know what I'm talking about here.

Brits are not differant than any other countries citizens.. There are some good hearted and probably much fewer bad ones. The bad ones always seem to stick out more.

You've got to appear normal, first of all. If you come across as weird, few people will give you the time of day. It's in every human's nature to want to fit in - to be normal. Normalise, young man.
