watson's also sells palmer's cocoa butter.. im not just sure if they have the vitamin e serum.. i saw that one in kmart while i was in guam.. you can also try unimart..

go to PERFECT 7............ILOILO BRANCHES AND IN MANILA.... i dont know the address but look in the yellow or white pages of the directory. perfect 7!!! they sell all the vitamins u need........

have you tried, either your version of YELLOW PAGES phone book, or try going to a chinese herbalist/sari sari store??? a bit of sniffing around and you can find ANYTHING,and i mean anything
