The first one around 1 year, second one around 9 months and the thirs just last month at 18 months. It also depends on what brand diaper you use (I am all huggies) the store brand run smaller that name brand and luvs don't have the stretchy tab so they are "smaller".

My son was a preemie and he went into those when he was about 12 months I think. He is now 2 1/2 and has been in size 5 for several months. I can never go by the weight on the boxes. He is 25 pounds be way before he reached the weight limit for the size 4 he was leaking through them.

My baby girl started wearing size 4 pampers at around 15 months. My daughter has a baby boy that started wearing size 4 pampers at 10 months old. Guess it just depends on the baby. My baby girl weighs the same as my grandson, yet she is a few months older. It is just the size of the child not the age.

My daughter is almost 6 months and she wears size 4 diapers, but she uses Luvs and they run smaller then the other types of diapers.

About 12 months old or 22-37lbs. My son is 18 months he just started wearing size 5 diaper.

My daughter is 19mths old and is still in size 3 diapers. I guess it all depends on how fast the baby grows.

My daughter is 9 months and still in a size 3,they seem to still fit her since she was about 6 months?she is now 19 lbs,but i think we have a ways to go yet!

My son is 20 months old and he's still in size three. He's about 23 pounds but long and skinny as a stick.

I switched my little guy to them a few weeks ago at 6 1/2 months. He's only 20 pounds, but I felt like the 3's fit kind of tight. I think he might have his momma's big bottom!
