you know the old saying " a friend is someone who knows you really well, but still likes you anyway"

different things to different people.
from my observations a friend is someone that shares your basic interests, someone you can relate on a personal level about a specific thing. clothes,shoes, boys, girls, cars, etc.
the next level is the friend that borrows money, he's your friend for that reason only.
then there are real friends the ones that will help you out when there is a problem. these are the ones that visit you in the hosipital, try to make you feel better about your problems, etc. there aren't many of these. most will only be a friend in a superficial way. usually the answer on the top.

A friend is a person who would stick with you through thick and thin, they would have your back and they wouldn't get mad at you for: hanging with somebody else sometimes, or if your talking to somebody else,or if you like the same guy.I real wouldn't leave you out and try to control your every move a real friend wouldn't tell secrets with out telling you.

A friend is someone who you can trust and lean your shoulder on. -Unlike someone who simply ask you to use your computer and other resources in order to download all your computer data and steal information to benefit it to their advantage at your expense! A true friend respects you for who you are, even if you have different opinions. A true friend helps you in times of hardship rather than using it to pounce on you for personal gain. And, the list goes on.
