Good old JR is the best.
Noted mentions; Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, Gorilla Munsoon, Joey Styles but only on ECW, Gene Okerlin, The King Without him JR would not be as good as he is, Jesse Ventura, and last but not least The Boss Vinny Mac.

I like Bobby Heenan. JR and the King are my favorites as well. And, since I have been watching wrestling for a long time, I can't leave out Vince McMahon. I always enjoyed many of Heenan's jokes. It is a shame that Heenan had throat cancer. Otherwise, I would have wanted to hear him call a match with the King. Can you say the funniest duo in the history of sports entertainment? I also can't leave out the late Gorilla Monsoon. Those are my favorite announcers. I like JR and the Gorilla because they are great at calling matches and putting the faces over. Same with Vince McMahon. I like the King and Bobby Heenan because they are both very hilarious and are great at putting heel wrestlers over, even though the King doesn't put over heel wrestlers as much as he used to. Heenan is a perfect announcer for putting over heel wrestlers because when he was a manager, he was also good at getting heel heat on himself and the wrestler(s) that he was managing. So those are my favorite announcers albeit for different reasons.

Id have to agree but Monsoon and Ventura arn't in the WWE so I guess Ross

J.R. is a legend and one of the best, however I have noticed that his commentating has been off for a while and he's been making a lot of mistakes.
My favorite is Joey Styles, although I don't like how WWE has made him conform to their style of commentating. He was amazing in the real, original ECW.
