This is done through your cell-phone provider.
In the US, press "1" for more than a few seconds and it will automatically call your voice-mail line. Follow instructions.

easy. Call yourself on the cell phone and you will get your voicemail and then just listen to the instructions on how to set it up.

Contact your service provider to get the number to your voicemail, then just call and follow the prompts

You call voicemail, and then a recording will start to talk to you. Then the recording will tell you to push buttons, and record your voice. Then it you will have everything setup. If you ever want to change it you just call voiucemail, and the same recording will play. Good Luck!!!

from ur cell phone call ur own number and then u have to set up a number password and everything- it tells u what to do
